Briggs had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Walnut Ridge Scots with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Briggs took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Briggs' win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Walnut Ridge, their defeat ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-3.

Briggs has already played their next matchup (against Franklin Heights), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Walnut Ridge, they will head out on the road to square off against East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
