Football Game Preview: Notre Dame Academy vs. Heritage

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Heritage. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Notre Dame Academy on Friday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Heritage came into their this week averaging 30.43 points per game, but Heritage fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were completely outmatched, falling 7-47 to Tiftarea Academy. Heritage were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame Academy suffered a grim 20-41 defeat to Creekside Christian Academy last Friday. Notre Dame Academy's loss continues a disappointing trend for the squad, making it nine losses in a row.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
