Volleyball Recap: Kentwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Kentwood was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Auburn on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Conquerors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kentridge Chargers on Thursday. The Conquerors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Kentwood dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Kentridge, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kentwood will square off against rival Kennedy Catholic at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kentridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Mt. Rainier at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
