Volleyball Recap: Jewish Community Takes a Loss

Jewish Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Urban Blues. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blues this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-14.

Jewish Community's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Urban, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Jewish Community will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on International at 4:15 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Urban, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Bishop O'Dowd on the 12th.
