Volleyball Recap: Kohler Takes a Loss

Kohler lost against St. Mary Catholic back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Bombers lost 3-0 to the Zephyrs.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-9, 25-12.

Riley Holzrichter paced Kohler's offense, picking up six kills. Holzrichter got some help from Ava Erlien and her ten assists. Olivia Davis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kohler's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for St. Mary Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Kohler will head out to square off against Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Mary Catholic, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Menasha on the 4th.
