Softball Recap: West Boylston Comes Up Short

If West Boylston was feeling good fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Bromfield last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions came up short against the Narragansett Regional Warriors on Wednesday, falling 9-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 14-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

West Boylston's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Narragansett Regional, the win keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Boylston will face off against Ayer Shirley at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Narragansett Regional, they will square off against Bromfield at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
