Reeds Spring had won three straight at home, but on Saturday they bumped their record up to 5-10 to make it four. They had just enough and edged out the Spokane Owls 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Owls: they've now won five in a row.

As for Spokane, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since April 30, 2024.

For Spokane's part, Logan Rollings put in work no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. Rollings was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Coy Cutbirth made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one double.

Coming up, Reeds Spring will take on Aurora at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Spokane, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Central at 4:30 p.m.
