The Lakers will be playing at home against the Skippers at 5:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Pymatuning Valley's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Harding has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Pymatuning Valley came out on top against Harding on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run first inning. The Lakers took their matchup against the Skippers 7-2. The win continues a trend for the Lakers in their matchups with the Skippers: they've now won six in a row.

He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Croston, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Pymatuning Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Harding, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.
