Corban Potter gave up the fewest hits he has since March 1st on Monday. Despite the loss, he was still locked in as he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

Even though Potter couldn't lead Azle Christian over Mercy Culture Prep, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Potter's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Azle Christian's three-game streak of wins at home.
