Section 4 B Division III recap Oct. 30, 2012
Brendan Lord and Jonathan Vega provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Susquehanna Valley. The connection was good for 86 yards, the longest such play in Section 4 B Division III this season.
Chenango Valley extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Johnson City, 26-20. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Oneonta's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Yellowjackets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lord has thrown for 1034 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Joe Spataro has 15 catches for 304 yards. Skylar Thompson leads the league in rushing with 446 yards.
Windsor Central moved up to 248 from 323 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 4 B Division III. The Black Knights were able to make move up by defeating Greene 19-18.
