Brewer had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Fairview on Friday. Everything went the Brewer Patriots' way against the Fairview Aggies as the Brewer Patriots made off with an 11-4 win. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Aggies recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Abby Summerford was incredible, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Taylor Pellem, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three RBI and one stolen base.

Brewer's win bumped their record up to 9-4-1. As for Fairview, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Coincidentally, Brewer and Fairview will both be playing Priceville the next time they take the field. Fairview will head out to face Priceville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Brewer will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
