Football Recap: Ringwood Red Devils vs. Yale Bulldogs

Ringwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 57-6 defeat at the hands of the Yale Bulldogs. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Yale found their leader in underclassman Kaden Teter, who threw for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only eight passes.

Ringwood's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Yale, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ringwood is on the road again on Thursday to play Pond Creek-Hunter at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are at an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2014, but likely not for long. As for Yale, they will square off against Midway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Yale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 point or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Midway likes a good challenge.
