Basketball Recap: East Aurora Comes Up Short

East Aurora lost against Maryvale back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The East Aurora Blue Devils took a 68-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Maryvale Flyers.

East Aurora's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-10. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points over those games. As for Maryvale, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

East Aurora has already played their next game, a 68-58 defeat against McKinley on the 12th. As for Maryvale, they will welcome Depew at 6:30 p.m. on February 18th.
