Volleyball Recap: Greendale Takes a Loss

Greendale lost against Greenfield back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Hustlin' Hawks.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-9, 25-17.

Sophie Latus paced Greendale's offense, picking up six kills. Latus got some help from Cadence Weidel and her nine assists.

Greendale's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Greenfield, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Greendale will take on Wisconsin Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Greenfield, they will venture away from home to take on Racine Case at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
