Basketball Recap: Carolina Academy Comes Up Short

Carolina Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 53-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Travelers Rest Devildogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-47 two weeks ago.

Carolina Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Travelers Rest, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4.

Carolina Academy and Berea will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Travelers Rest will take on Southside in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
