Soccer Recap: Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Putnam City West Patriots. Eisenhower were not able to make up for their defeat to Putnam City West from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Putnam City West, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eisenhower is set to square off against their familiar foe Edmond Santa Fe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Putnam City West will take on rival Southmoore at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
