Basketball Game Preview: Cleburne County Tigers vs. Munford Lions

Cleburne County lost 84-59 to White Plains on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Munford waltzed into their game on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 44-37 win over the Falcons.

Munford's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Cleburne County, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Cleburne County and Munford were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but Cleburne County came up empty-handed after a 58-57 loss. Can Cleburne County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
