It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Big Walnut can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Pickerington North Panthers on Friday. The Golden Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Nathaniel Weaver paced Big Walnut's offense, picking up seven kills. Weaver got some help from Bryce Lawhun and his ten assists. Weaver was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Big Walnut now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Pickerington North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season.

Big Walnut does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pickerington North, they will take on New Albany at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
