Alvarado has gone a perfect 3-0 against Ferris recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Alvarado will venture away from home to square off against Ferris at 6:00 p.m. Alvarado has given up an average of 9.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Alvarado came up short against Kennedale on Friday, falling 13-6. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 14 runs the game before, Ferris was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 12-1 to Godley.

Ferris saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landri Davis, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Ferris' loss dropped their record down to 9-9-2. As for Alvarado, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Everything went Alvarado's way against Ferris in their previous meeting back in March of 2022, as Alvarado made off with an 11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Alvarado since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
