Volleyball Recap: South Takes a Loss

South lost against Redondo Union back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The South Spartans came up short against the Redondo Union Sea Hawks, falling 3-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-17.

South's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Redondo Union, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

South will challenge Peninsula at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Redondo Union, they will take on Huntington Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
