Softball Game Preview: Graford Rabbits vs. De Leon Bearcats

The Graford Rabbits will challenge the De Leon Bearcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Graford is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They came up short against Santo, falling 13-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rabbits have suffered since February 28th.

Faith Perry and Keira Apilando did some serious damage despite the final result: Perry scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4, while Apilando scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Margaret Byrd, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.

Meanwhile, De Leon lost 21-7 to Lipan on Friday. The Bearcats haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
