After losing to Lynn Classical the last time they met, Lynn English decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 12-6 victory on Monday. The game was the first time the Bulldogs have beaten the Rams on their field since May 24, 2019.

The team relied heavily on Josue Prandy, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ewerd Beato, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Lynn English was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .419. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Lynn English's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games.
