Basketball Recap: Vail Mountain Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Vail Mountain lost against Cedaredge back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rangers were dealt a 51-19 defeat at the hands of the Bruins.

Sammy Denison had an outrageously good game for Cedaredge as she went 6-for-13 en route to 19 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Lydia Tietz, who posted eight points in addition to ten rebounds and six assists.

Vail Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Cedaredge, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Vail Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 34-13 victory against Lake County on the 6th. As for Cedaredge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-18 win against Vail Christian on the 6th.
