Football Recap: Heath Comes Up Short

Heath lost against Buckeye Valley back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Barons, falling 29-3.

Heath's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Buckeye Valley, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Heath will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Licking Valley at 7:00 p.m. on September 12. As for Buckeye Valley, they will take on River Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
