Baseball Recap: Jefferson County Patriots vs. Knoxville Central Bobcats
Jefferson County lost against Knoxville Central back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Jefferson County Patriots took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knoxville Central Bobcats.
Maddux Rogers and Dylan Edmonds stepped up to the plate in a big way. Rogers scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3, while Edmonds scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Jefferson County's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Knoxville Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-9.
