There's no place like home for Peak to Peak, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Liberty Common Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The Pumas not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 30, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

One reason for the win was Peak to Peak's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-18, 25-14.

Clara Wright paced Peak to Peak's offense, picking up 11 kills. Wright got some help from Tessa Hirt and her 25 assists. Finally, Wright was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Peak to Peak pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Liberty Common, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Peak to Peak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Riverdale Ridge on the 2nd. As for Liberty Common, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Resurrection Christian on the 2nd.
