Mumford won the last time they faced Bremond and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mumford Mustangs enjoyed a cozy 53-36 win over the Bremond Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Bremond's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tristan Morehead, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Braylon Estrada, who had 12 points.

Mumford is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Bremond, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-6.

Coincidentally, Mumford and Bremond will both be playing Somerville the next time they take the court. Bremond will host Somerville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Mumford will head out to face them at 7:45 p.m. on January 28th.
