Softball Recap: St. Johns Comes Up Short

St. Johns was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 18-1 to the Mt. Pleasant Oilers.

St. Johns' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mt. Pleasant, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, St. Johns will be playing at home against Haslett at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mt. Pleasant, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-11 victory against Midland on the 14th.
