Football Recap: Great Falls Bison vs. Big Sky Eagles
Great Falls unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 27-6 to the Big Sky Eagles on Friday. The Bison were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.
Tristan Oleary threw for 125 yards on 12 of 27 attempts. Steele Harris was his top target, picking up 44 receiving yards. On the ground, Mason Cannon rushed for 53 yards.
Big Sky has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
