Volleyball Recap: Colonel Crawford Comes Up Short

Colonel Crawford lost against Ashland back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Arrows by a score of 2-1.

Despite the defeat, Colonel Crawford saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sophia Gray had ten digs and two aces.

Colonel Crawford's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Ashland, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Colonel Crawford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Crestline on the 6th. As for Ashland, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Crestview on the 6th.
