Window Rock scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 74-68 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tuba City Warriors. The Fighting Scouts were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

This is the second loss in a row for Window Rock and nudges their season record down to 6-9. As for Tuba City, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Window Rock will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against San Carlos at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tuba City, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Monument Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
