Meanwhile, after soaring to 54 points the game before, Dallas Academy faltered in their match last Friday. They were given a punishing 6-52 loss at the hands of Lakeland Christian Academy. Dallas Academy were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-40.

UME Preparatory Academy's win lifted them to 3-2 while Dallas Academy's defeat dropped them down to 2-3. In their win, UME Preparatory Academy relied heavily on sophomore Jack Pulis, who passed for 209 yards and 5 touchdowns. Dallas Academy will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
