Soccer Recap: Harmony School of Innovation Takes a Loss

Harmony School of Innovation was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the New Waverly Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-1 back in February.

Harmony School of Innovation's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for New Waverly, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-7-1.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Harmony School of Innovation take on Sealy at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Sealy will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something Harmony School of Innovation surely won't give up without a fight. As for New Waverly, they will be playing at home against Navasota at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. New Waverly's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
