The Nelsonville-York Buckeyes can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Wellston 73-33 at home. While fans of Nelsonville-York might be used to big wins, the 40-point margin marked the team's biggest win yet this season.
Keagan Swope continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 6-for-10 from deep and almost dropping a double-double on 22 points and nine assists. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last nine times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Briant Call, who scored 11 points along with five assists and two steals.
Nelsonville-York's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-8. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 35 points.
