Softball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matches, Centennial finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 18-1 to the Santa Monica Vikings. The game marked the Apaches' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Centennial now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Santa Monica, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Coming up, Centennial will head out on the road to challenge Hawthorne at 3:15 p.m. on March 18th. As for Santa Monica, they will challenge Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
