Softball Recap: Pacific Comes Up Short

Pacific was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 11-3 to the San Bernardino Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 13-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for San Bernardino, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pacific is set to take on their familiar foe Entrepreneur at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, San Bernardino will challenge rival Miller at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
