The Forest Hills Yellow Jackets just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Anson Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. Anson took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Forest Hills, who comes in off a win.

Forest Hills is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Cuthbertson: they outscored them in every quarter. Forest Hills blew past Cuthbertson 59-33 on Monday. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Anson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 65-44 to West Stanly.

Forest Hills will have to keep a close watch on Za'Kiah Hixson and Alaysia Caraway, a pair of players who had a big impact on Anson's prior game. Hixson almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine boards, while Caraway posted eight points along with 13 rebounds and five steals. What's more, Caraway also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in November of 2024.

Even though they lost, Anson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive matchups.

Forest Hills is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for Anson, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.

Everything came up roses for Forest Hills against Anson in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 47-10 victory. In that game, Forest Hills amassed a halftime lead of 37-4, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
