Lila Conrad posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. She struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
