Soccer Recap: Fredericksburg Takes a Loss

Fredericksburg and Austin Achieve squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Fredericksburg had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Polar Bears by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for Fredericksburg in their meetings with Austin Achieve: they've now lost four in a row.

Fredericksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10-1. As for Austin Achieve, the victory was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4-1.

Fredericksburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Austin Achieve, they will face off against Needville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Needville will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Austin Achieve surely won't give up without a fight.
