Football Recap: Chamberlain Gets the Win

Chamberlain won the last time they faced Parker and things went their way on Friday too. The Cubs came out on top against the Pheasants by a score of 24-16. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cubs.

Chamberlain now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Parker, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-3.

Coming up, Chamberlain will face off against Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blackhawks' defense has only allowed 5.7 points per game this season, so the Cubs' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Parker, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bridgewater/Emery/Ethan at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
