Basketball Recap: Clinton Central Takes a Loss

Clinton Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 65-58 to the Faith Christian Eagles. The Bulldogs lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 82-52 score last time.

Clinton Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Faith Christian, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 2-8 record.

Clinton Central has already played their next matchup (against Faith Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Faith Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 46-40 loss against Pioneer on the 11th.
