It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lincoln had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 56-39 victory over the Columbia Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lincoln pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Columbia, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Lincoln will face off against Gainesville on Saturday. One thing working in Gainesville's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
