George Wythe had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.2 goals) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Giles Spartans. Abby Berry was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

George Wythe's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those five contests. As for Giles, they moved to 9-6 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
