Volleyball Recap: Paoli Takes a Loss

Paoli was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the West Washington Senators. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Paoli took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13, 25-21.

Chelsea Neukam paced Paoli's offense, picking up five kills. Neukam got some help from Maddie Vernon and her 13 assists. Kalyn Hannon controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Paoli's defeat dropped their record down to 5-25. As for West Washington, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Paoli didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Tell City on the 9th. As for West Washington, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Eastern on the 9th.
