Basketball Game Preview: Humble Wildcats vs. Summer Creek Bulldogs

Humble hasn't had much luck against Summer Creek recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Humble Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Summer Creek Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Humble faced off against King on Friday. Humble took a 36-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of King. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 301st, while the Panthers are ranked 74th).

Meanwhile, Summer Creek took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging an 81-32 win over Goose Creek Memorial. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 22 points or more this season.

Summer Creek has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Humble, their loss dropped their record down to 19-13.
