Volleyball Recap: Litchfield Takes a Loss

Litchfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Dragons of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Litchfield's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Litchfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Browerville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, they will square off against Maple Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
