Basketball Recap: Ursuline Comes Up Short

Ursuline was the 79-65 winner over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Ursuline Fighting Irish fell to the Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions 57-51. The game marked the Fighting Irish's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Ursuline's loss dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Ursuline will look to defend their home court on Friday against Cardinal Mooney at 7:00 p.m. As for Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, they will head out to take on Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
