Soccer Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Jordan has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs.

Jordan's goal came courtesy of Sydney Vessey, who's now up to 13 this season.

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-2.

Coming up, Jordan will host Cottonwood at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they will head out on the road to challenge East at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. East's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Judge Memorial Catholic's offense will have their work cut out for them.
