Volleyball Game Preview: Parkwood Wolf Pack vs. Buford Yellow Jackets + How To Watch

The Parkwood Wolf Pack are taking a road trip to square off against the Buford Yellow Jackets at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Parkwood is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering West Stanly just ended the team's six-match winning streak on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Colts. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolf Pack have suffered since September 2nd.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Buford, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Chesterfield on Thursday.

Buford's got stronger as the match went on, holding Chesterfield to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13, 25-11.

Buford's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. As for Parkwood, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.

Parkwood took their win against Buford in their previous matchup on September 8th by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolf Pack since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
