Basketball Recap: Hicksville Comes Up Short

Hicksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 45-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tinora Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Aces of the 71-50 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Hicksville's record is now 7-12. As for Tinora, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hicksville will challenge Antwerp at 7:30 p.m. on February 14th. As for Tinora, they and Pettisville will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
